The opportunity to learn and grow as an entire family is reliant on having access to the resources and support needed.  As such, here is a list of helpful resources from community partners, supporters, and like-minded organizations in Colorado and the Denver metro area.

  • Rocky Mountain Human Services is a nonprofit organization that empowers people with the resources they need to thrive, and to live the lives they envision in their communities of choice. With a staff of nearly 500 talented and dedicated employees, we support more than 15,000 Colorado residents through case management and direct service programs.

  • The Global Down Syndrome Foundation (GLOBAL) is part of a network of affiliate organizations that work closely together to significantly improve the lives of people with Down syndrome through Research, Medical Care, Education, and Advocacy.

  • Promise Ranch Therapies & Recreation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that provides Equine-Assisted Services for children and adults with developmental, physical, social, or emotional healing needs. At our Castle Rock Ranch, they offer Equine-Assisted Therapies and Recreational Activities. Offsite, they offer Supported Employment and job coaching services for individuals with disabilities or neurodiversities.

  • Developmental Pathways (DP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and one of Colorado’s twenty Community Centered Boards (CCB) connecting people to federal, state, county, and private funding.  They are also a designated Case Management Agency (CMA) for long-term care services and are Colorado’s largest Early Intervention (EI) provider.  DP helps connect young children with lifelong disabilities to essential resources.
