Event Timelines

Dates for all 2024 Adam’s Camp activities are listed on our website. Calendars for specific activities are listed under their designated section within our website when weekend trip, road trip itineraries and activity schedules are confirmed.

Currently, we do not have any timelines for upcoming events, but please check back periodically for updates. As activity schedules are finalized, parents and caregivers will also receive timelines and scheduling information via email.

Therapy Timeline

Registration is a multi-step process. After the initial registration forms are submitted, the placement procedure begins. Information from the parent, teacher and therapists is gathered to determine the best fit for each camper. Observations with each new camper and conversations with parents will occur to ensure the right type of support is provided each child.

  • Deposit is due no later than 2 weeks after registration
  • Student evaluation from teacher is due before child is officially placed on a team
  • Paperwork will be released in January
  • All forms are due 2 weeks after release or after child’s registration post-January release
  • Medical forms are good for one year (please check date of last form signed by doctor)
  • NSCD forms are due according to their specific deadlines (a link will be provided)
