Nikki Fitch

Nikki Fitch is the Family & Community Engagement Manager with Assuring Better Child Health and Development (ABCD). She is passionate about helping families feel confident, informed, and supported as they navigate their child’s development.

With over a decade of experience in early intervention and family engagement, Nikki leads statewide efforts to elevate family voice, strengthen collaboration across early childhood systems, and improve access to developmental services. Her work focuses on bringing families and professionals together to build trust, share learning, and create more responsive, connected systems of support.

Outside of work, Nikki volunteers at the fossil prep lab at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and enjoys spending time with her husband, teenage son, and fluffy Pomeranian. She also loves all things pink.
