Lauren Polak
Lauren’s passion for fundraising and nonprofit organizations began many years ago when a family member was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. She quickly realized the significant impact fundraising and support from nonprofit organizations can have on families. Her nonprofit focus shifted when her daughter, Greyson, was diagnosed with Dup15q, the genetic disorder causing her developmental delays, seizures, and autism diagnoses. Lauren discovered Adam’s Camp Early Start when Greyson was 2 years old and knew she wanted to get more involved with the organization. Greyson has since attended Adam’s Camp every summer and her twin siblings, Scarlett and Wesley, now attend siblings camp. Lauren has been involved in planning the annual Adam’s Camp fundraising dinner since 2021 and joined the Adam’s Camp board of directors in 2022.
Lauren and her family live in the greater Denver area. She works in the grocery sales division at Advantage Solutions as a Customer Team Lead. In her free time, Lauren and her family enjoy going to the mountains to ski and hike, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
