Board Member

Originally from Montana, Liz has spent her career at the intersection of health care, innovation, and impact. As a parent of two children with special needs, she was naturally drawn to Adam’s Camp and its mission to empower children and families through connection, therapy, and community.

Liz believes deeply that we will all, at some point, navigate changing abilities and increased needs. In a time marked by rising chronic disease, neurodegenerative disorders, and social isolation and loneliness, organizations like Adam’s Camp remind us that caring for others strengthens not only individuals and families, but our shared humanity.

Professionally, Liz is Chief Marketing Officer at Marathon Health and a health care leader with more than 25 years of experience in health tech and services. She has served on the executive teams of high-growth companies including Papa, Aetion, Included Health, Evolent, and Real Chemistry, and now advises new ventures through her firm, West Francis. She also serves as adjunct faculty at NYU Wagner, teaching health policy, data analysis, and entrepreneurship.

Liz is passionate about building systems that better support people—especially those navigating complex health needs—and is honored to support the work of Adam’s Camp.
