Jenelle Long

Office Manager
Jenelle brings a wealth of experience to her role, with 13 years of teaching children from Pre-K through 5th grade and nearly 25 years of dedication to education and impactful initiatives. A transformative moment in her journey was a trip to Kenya, where she witnessed firsthand the desperate need for basic necessities. This experience shifted her focus toward educating others about global needs, particularly the critical issue of food insecurity. Motivated by this mission, Jenelle began working with a nonprofit hunger relief organization, raising awareness about world hunger and empowering individuals of all ages to take meaningful action. Through the organization, she helped ensure nutritious food was sent to communities around the world.
Jenelle’s life took a challenging turn during the pandemic when she faced the effects of long COVID, keeping her out of the workforce for over two years. With the support of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), she found the resources and guidance needed to re-enter the workforce. Her placement with Adam’s Camp proved to be an ideal match, aligning her skills and passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
As Office Manager, Jenelle ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of Adam’s Camp, enabling the team to focus on delivering impactful programs. She draws inspiration from the dedication of the Adam’s Camp community and takes pride in contributing to its meaningful work.
