Marina Kinney-Alexander

Operations Manager

Marina joins Adam’s Camp as the Operations Manager with a background in disability services. Marina earned her bachelor’s in Recreation Therapy with a minor in Psychology and Geriatric studies in 2017 from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. She spent her college years working and volunteering with individuals with disabilities at Easter Seals Wisconsin and in day service settings. Marina has always had a passion to provide caring support and help others achieve their goals. Following college, Marina managed a residential care program providing recreational activities to seniors transitioning into memory care.

In 2022, Marina’s passion for working with children and adults with disabilities led her back to the IDD community with Adam’s Camp. Some of Marina’s hobbies include hiking and camping with her husband and two dogs, biking, and painting in her spare time.
