Justin Garrard

Executive Director

Justin’s professional journey has been deeply influenced by his personal experiences, having grown up with his brother John, who is on the Autism Spectrum. This firsthand exposure to the challenges faced by families, coupled with a strong desire to effect positive change, has driven Justin to dedicate himself to serving individuals with special needs.

Over the past 4.5 years, he has demonstrated unwavering commitment, working to advance opportunities for those on the Autism Spectrum, on the Western Slope and out to Kenya to help special needs orphanages. He has seen the challenges our community faces and his heart is to serve individuals, families, and our communities in a way that champions opportunities for those with special needs.

Justin brings a culture of hard work, creativity, and integrity to grow Adam’s Camp and has a passion for helping those around him realize their dreams through life-changing opportunities. He has his Bachelor’s of Business Administration and his Master’s of Business Administration from Ottawa University, where he was also an All-American distance runner.
